Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks from your account — your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. No calls, no forms.
What stays free?
The basic report on any plate, the stolen-vehicle check, the theft map and a free stolen-car listing. More free data than any plain lookup — the full verdict is what a plan buys.
Do unused checks roll over?
No — your allowance resets every billing period. A plate you have checked stays open for 60 days, so re-reading a report never costs a second check.
What happens to my garage if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Cars above your new limit stay visible and become read-only, and they come straight back when you upgrade.
Do I get an invoice?
Every payment comes with a VAT invoice in your account. Prices include VAT.
How do annual plans renew?
We email you 30 days before renewal. After the first year you can cancel monthly and we refund the months you have not used, as Dutch law provides.
