Found something on CarTrace that you believe is illegal or breaks our Terms? A listing, a photo, a message, an answer from Leo or anything else: tell us here. A person reviews every notice. We send you a confirmation of receipt and, once we have decided, our decision and the reasons for it.

Where is the content?

The exact web address (URL), or a precise description if there is no address, such as the plate shown on a listing or the date and time of a message.

What is wrong with it?

Why is it illegal or against our Terms?

Explain what the content shows and why you believe it is illegal. At least 10 characters.

We use your name and address only to handle this notice. We do not share them with the person who posted the content unless the law requires it.

On a listing's page, use “Report this listing” below the details.
In the CarTrace app, use the report option on a listing, on an answer from Leo or on a message.
By email to info@cartrace.nl. Please include:
- the exact web address (URL) of the content, or a precise description of where it is
- why you believe it is illegal or breaks our Terms
- your name and email address
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the notice is accurate and complete
